The Durham Novice LL is having an outstanding season!
The Durham Novice LL is having an outstanding season! The team is impressing their fans with their teamwork and developing skills since the beginning of the season. To date they have won 8 of their 11 games and continue to do their best when out on the ice.
December 20th was a win in Durham against Minto with a score of 4-1, proving to themselves and to the fans that they can win against a team that they have lost to in the past if they put fourth their best efforts and work together. Just after the rush of Christmas, December 27th held another win for the Durham LL in Hanover ending with a score of 7-3. Goals scored this game by Owen Schenk, Darcy Hooper (2), Chris Graham, Nick Kilpatrick, Kurtis Watson and Ty Heipel and assists went to Jacob Sullivan and Jordon Ferrier. Amazing defence by Mitchell Kraus, Michael Schipprack and Ty Heipel and much appreciation goes out to our goaltender Seth Lawrence. Brady Parrott and KC Cherry were on vacation. Keep up the teamwork boys and thanks again to all the guys on the bench for their coaching!
